Phú Quốc is an island off the coast of Cambodia in the Gulf of Thailand, an hour’s flight from Ho Chi Minh City. Famous for its white-sand beaches and sleepy fishing village, you’ll find most of the resorts scattered along the palm-lined southwest coast. More than half of the island is part of a National Park with dense tropical jungle, hiking trails and wildlife in the mountains.
The dining scene ranges from fresh seafood sold in local markets, street food to quirky expat owned bars and restaurants.
