Vietnam Reunion Trips
Every reunion trip starts the same way: someone in the group says “we should all go to Vietnam together,” everyone agrees enthusiastically and then one person ends up chasing dates, comparing flights and following up on payments for the next three months.
But don’t worry, that person doesn’t have to be you! We’re here to help with the planning and logistics of reunion trips for friends.
What actually makes a reunion trip to Vietnam work?
A shared base, not a rigid package. One itinerary that hits the big moments together like a Cu Chi Tunnels trip, an overnight Halong Bay cruise or a lantern-lit evening in Hoi An’s old town. We’d then suggest optional add-ons as well as free time, so the group stays together where it matters without everyone being locked into identical days.
Accommodation that keeps you together. A private villa or a boutique hotel or different room categories so a couple wanting a suite and a couple happy with a standard room can book the same trip without an awkward conversation about money.
A pace built for catching up. We add in plenty of downtime. Plan on long lunches, a pool afternoon, and spontaneous dinners together at a local restaurant. After all, the actual point of a reunion trip is being together, not racing through a sightseeing checklist!
Who does the chasing? We do.
The usual problem with a group reunion is that one person ends up as the unpaid project manager for months. While some things need group consensus, we can tweak everyone’s individual itinerary to suit them, maybe someone wants to stay longer or can’t go the whole time. They can contact us directly to discuss their plans rather than you being the go-between. Payments from individuals can be paid directly to us so you’re not stuck chasing deposits.
You tell us about your group and we build the Vietnam itinerary and manage the back-and-forth from there. One point of contact for the whole trip, not a different person fielding questions every time something changes.
FAQ
Can people in the group have different budgets for the same Vietnam trip? Yes, we can use different room categories at the same accommodation, or use different hotels nearby, so everyone travels together without everyone paying the same rate.
Do we all have to book and pay together? No, we can usually arrange individual bookings and payments within one coordinated trip, so nobody’s chasing anyone else for money.
Can someone join for only part of the trip? Yes, this is common for reunion groups and we plan for it from the start. Some people join the whole trip, others fly in for a short time.
What if half the group wants adventure and half wants to relax? That’s normal. We build shared highlight days everyone does together, with optional activities so nobody’s stuck doing something that isn’t for them.
How many days should a Vietnam reunion trip be? Most groups do best with 10–14 days across two or three regions, enough to feel like a proper trip together without anyone needing to take a month off work.
